The WordPress menus behind the navigation popups and the footer.
Menus
Description
The link lists in the navigation popups and the footer columns are WordPress menus, not content typed into the Elementor templates. The template controls the headings, the layout, and the styling, while the menu controls the links inside it.
That split is what makes menus worth knowing about: editing a menu item updates that link everywhere the menu is used, without opening a template at all.
How to edit
- Go to Appearance → Menus.
- Choose the menu you want from the Select a menu to edit dropdown, then choose Select.
- Add, reorder, rename, or remove items. Dragging an item to the right nests it under the one above.
- Save, then check the change on both desktop and mobile.
Renaming a menu item changes the label customers see, which is safe. Renaming the menu itself is best avoided, because the templates are wired to these menus by name.

Finding a menu by name
Most of these menus use a CK - prefix with plain hyphens, unlike the Elementor templates, which mostly use en dashes — so searching for CK will find all but one of them.
How the menus are used
In the footer, the five footer menus become the footer's link columns. The column headings, logos, social icons, and legal copy are part of the Main footer template instead, so those are edited in Elementor rather than here. See Footer.
In the navigation, the Q Mastercard and Q Card popups each contain two grouped lists — Manage your card and Ways to pay — which is why those two products have two menus each. The login popup has a single list. In all three cases the popup's headings, buttons, and any featured content sit in the popup template rather than in the menu. See Navigation. To edit the column title for these grouped lists, please update the template directly as these are not stored in the menu.
Those three are the only popups wired to menus. The top-level header links, meaning the items you see before opening a popup, are not menus either — they are edited directly on the header template.
Things to watch
- Each product has its own menus. Q Mastercard and Q Card are deliberately kept separate so the two products can offer different links, which also means a change for one product usually needs the same change made to its counterpart.
- Removing an item does not unpublish the page. The page stays live and reachable by its URL, it just loses that link. Equally, a menu item pointing at a page that has been deleted or unpublished will leave a broken link, so update the menus when you retire a page.
- Check mobile after a change. Labels that fit comfortably in a footer column or popup can wrap awkwardly on a narrow screen.
- Menu changes are live immediately. There is no draft or preview step, so a saved menu is published to the site straight away.
